Return & Refund Policy

At Dr. Hilo, we are looking to offer you a special and convenient online shopping experience on our website, so we grant you the right to exchange and return any product after purchasing it in alignment with the company’s policies.

Please read the lines below to find out the Return & Refund policies at Dr. Hilo:

  1. If you want to exchange or return any product after receipt, please make sure you don’t open the outer cover of the packaging, or the inner packaging, and never use it.
  2. Exchange or return of products is allowed only within 3 days of receipt of the order, subject to the first line above, including products with manufacturing defects or damage.
  3. If you want to exchange a product, you can exchange it with products with the same value or more, with paying the spread.
  4. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, the value of the order value is fully refunded.
  5. If you want to cancel the order upon arrival, the order value will be refunded after deducting the delivery fees.
  6. If you want to exchange a product, you are responsible for the value of the delivery with the shipping company to receive the product. After reviewing it from the company’s employees and ascertaining its status as mentioned in the first line above, the company communicates with the customer to send the alternative product provided that the customer is charged the cost of the delivery, and the receipt of the product will be during working times as stated in the Delivery Policy.
  7. You can exchange products by communicating with the Company through its authorized numbers on the Contact Us page, and provide the employee with the “Order Number” on the “My Orders” list found in the customer account.
  8. If you want to return any of the products, you are responsible for the value delivery fees with the shipping company both inside and outside Jordan, as well as return fees of 10% of the value of the products.
  9. The customer can return the products through the following steps:

Login to the customer’s “My Account” page on the store.

  • Choose the application to be returned.
  • Press the “Refund” button.
  • The customer is then contacted, and the order is arranged to be returned.
  • After the return is completed, the refund request is accepted through the “Control Panel”, where the shipping value is deducted, and the rest of the amount is transferred to the customer.
  1. All replacement items apply exclusively within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and are not applicable in any other country.
