1. Official working days from Saturday to Thursday, official holidays (Fridays, holidays, etc.) are a holiday for all employees, including shipping and delivery companies, except social media employees.
2. We receive your orders on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including official holidays.
3. Delivery in Jordan is as follows:

• • Amman within 24 working hours of receipt of the order.
  • Governorates within 48 working hours of receipt of the order.
  • Northern Jordan Valley on Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, and southern Jordan Valley on Monday and Wednesday.
  • Free Delivery on orders above 30 JOD.

4. International delivery is as follows:

• • Delivery fees depend on the country and the weight of the order.
  • Delivery fees include basic taxes, and do not include any additional domestic customs required by the country/state.
  • Delivery to Gulf countries is done through SAMSA, and takes 3-5 working days.
  • Delivery to the rest of the world is done through Aramex, and takes 5-7 working days.
